Once we receive your order, its processed straight away.
We will call to arrange a delivery date.
Your items are then picked from our warehouse and carefully packed and then despatched.
PLEASE NOTE: Some postcodes in the UK may incur extra delivery charges, that is not detailed on our website i.e Some parts of Scotland, the Highlands, Ireland, and the south coast of England.
Your delivery on all stock items should take between 3-7 working days. Pallet deliveries, larger items or bulk orders will require a pallet delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: That our times of operation are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. When your item is delivered there must be someone present at the address who can accept your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: That this is classed as a kerbside delivery service in which whoever is accepting the delivery must be able to assist if it is a large item, the driver is not insured to take items into the customers house.
The only time any extra cost will be charged is if there is no one at the address on the agreed date of delivery in which a £25 re-delivery fee will be incurred.
DAMAGES: Please inspect goods on arrival, any items that may be damaged must be reported within 24hrs on receipt of order. Do not return the goods with the driver, once you have informed us will will rectify the problem with imediate affect.
If any damaged goods are not reported within 24 hours we will be unable to rectify, replace or refund the damaged item. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of M&D Trends or any rescheduling of our deliveries. Any items which are not defective, damaged or incorrect cannot be changed or refunded.
Collection:You may save on delivery charges and collect your goods from our warehouse in Manchester, we will need 24 hours to have your items ready for collection.
